XenDocs is an Internet-enabled document/content management solution that can be deployed on your intranet, extranet, or the Internet to provide global access for any authenticated user to the information they need.  Using FlexPort technology, XenDocs enables document scanning and other content capture processes to be performed remotely.

In addition to it’s traditional ad-hoc, content search capabilities, documents can also 'find' the users who need them using XenDocs’s automated document routing features.  From XenDocs’s browser-based validation module, data entry and OCR correction processes can be easily distributed to data entry operators any where in the world, based on highly granular user access controls. 

With XenDocs, content can be captured using specialized third party content capture applications like Kofax or the native content capture tools within XenDocs. In either case, the process can be highly automated using a range of tools, depending on the type of document.
