Kofax produces clean tiff images which are then OCR’d using dynamic OCR engines like, Caere, AEG, or Recostar. Once this process is set up, the end user need only wait for the totally automated process to run.

For even better results, a spell checker could be run to auto correct the OCR’d data. Data can be released in many formats including, Word, Excel, ASCII Text, and PDF.
