XenDocs Scan: Flexible Document Indexing and Routing

XenDocs Scan provides the operator with three ways to index scanned documents:

Enter the desired field values before saving the document to the desired archive on the XenDocs server.

Route the document to a data entry queue within the XenDocs server by selecting an appropriate workflow process. This option allows another XenDocs user to perform the indexing process at a later time.

 Enter the desired field values, then save the document to an XenDocs workflow process for verification. This hybrid approach enables a second user to validate the accuracy of the scan operator's data entry.

 Using the tabbed dialog, scan operators can easily navigate between the document's thumbnails or the indexing screen.
