1. Alchemy Content Management Servers

Main Difference – The main difference between each server license is in the security
and logging features. The advanced server enables the client to designate user groups, assign user rights, and limit
functionality to particular users. The Audit logging features allow you track which users do what with each document under that
server’s control. You can track items like who opened, retrieved, viewed, emailed, printed and just about anything else a user
can do. If you have to deal with compliance issues or HIPAA or SOX regulations the advanced server is for you.

Clients – There are two types of client modules one being the Alchemy Search Client and the other is the Alchemy Index Station.
These clients are sold per seat.

5. Classic Standalone Solutions – This simple solution is ideal for small
offices where one person handles the input and database management tasks. This solution can be combined with Alchemy Scan and DataGrabber
modules.
