This Content Management Software configuration would allow the company to build a repository to host a wide array of content coming from many different sources.  Documents could be scanned directly into the repository or added via DataGrabber Runtime.  DataGrabber allows you use a separate document imaging system or Scanning Service Bureau to convert your paper for later importation into Alchemy databases.  Documents can also be added by Drag and Drop methods by any authorized personnel.

The Exchange Archive Link for Alchemy is a great tool for auto archiving emails directly from an exchange server into an Alchemy repository.  This email link makes it easy to comply with regulations and the demands of the legal discovery process.  No software is required to run on your exchange server.  Rules can be set up to determine which emails are archived and which are not.
